Marcus Gaetani, CPM

A principal of Gaetani Real Estate, Marcus is responsible for development and outreach activities. Additionally, he actively manages a portfolio of residential, mixed-use and commercial properties in San Francisco, Marin County and San Mateo County. He holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and sits on the board of directors as the legislative chair for the San Francisco chapter. Marcus is active in community organizations, such as the Coalition for Better Housing, Professional Property Manager’s Association, the San Francisco Apartment Association and San Francisco Association of Realtors.


Prior to joining Gaetani Real Estate in 2006, Marcus was as an officer in the US Navy, serving with distinction on board the USS Lassen and USS Nimitz while deploying to the Western Pacific and Persian Gulf theaters. He is a graduate of Boston University, where he studied economics and business administration.


Paul Gaetani, CPM

A principal of Gaetani Real Estate, Paul is responsible for new business development, as well as existing client relations. He also manages an extensive portfolio of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties in San Francisco, Marin County and the greater East Bay Area. He holds a California Real Estate Broker License and is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. Paul is active in community organizations, such as the San Francisco Apartment Association, the Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco, the San Francisco Board of Realtors and the Coalition for Better Housing.


Paul is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, where he studied business administration.
